We may notice people tend to be loud and noisy in public in anytime and anywhere. As long two or three individual get together and there you go the loudness exists. Keep in mind these people neither in bar, club nor drunk.
So, why they are so loud and noisy? Hmm I do not know and don't wants to know. But I found this behavior is very annoyed and probably lack of manner as no consideration. I don't care what topic of their conversation would be but no reason to be loud to interfere others. That's lead me to recall the line of Squidward on one of the episode in Spongebob Square pants carton "People talk loud when they want to sound smart, right"?
Just wish people have more consideration!
