Once again all the Canadian got the day off because of Canadian day, Hong Kong celebrating return back to China and Princess Diana birthday as well as my birthday. Thanks to my parents who brought me to this world.

After my car broke down on Tuesday and knowing that the engine no longer works thus my love decided to tow the car back home. As we need time to figure out where is the best place to donate the car to get back tax deduction.
Though as I pulled in the drive way and I saw the car parked on the lawn. I feel happy to see it back home but sad as I can't drive it anymore until it fixed. It was a Thanksgiving gift from my love in year 2004 thus makes it so sentimental.

We may notice people tend to be loud and noisy in public in anytime and anywhere. As long two or three individual get together and there you go the loudness exists. Keep in mind these people neither in bar, club nor drunk.
So, why they are so loud and noisy? Hmm I do not know and don't wants to know. But I found this behavior is very annoyed and probably lack of manner as no consideration. Though I notice people tend to be nice and friendly but some of them are in the in the wrong way. Asking very personally questions to others like 'What's your plan for the long weekend and what did you ate for dinner?' Well, l don't need to report to you what we did last night because its none of your concern. I think it is stupid to ask question like this.

A new nationwide CareerBuilder survey of more than 2,400 hiring managers conducted November 15 to December 2, 2010, reveals the outrageous and common mistakes that some candidates have made in job interviews.
When asked what the most outrageous blunders they had encountered interviewing candidates were, hiring managers reported the following:
Provided a detailed listing of how previous employer made them mad.
Hugged hiring manager at the end of the interview.
Ate all the candy from the candy bowl while trying to answer questions.
Constantly bad mouthed spouse.
Blew her nose and lined up the used tissues on the table in front of her.
Brought a copy of their college diploma that was obviously fake.
Wore a hat that said, “Take this job and shove it.”

Even though the job search process can be frustrating, candidates should stay positive, focus on their strengths and be prepared on how to best sell their skill set.”
Haefner offers the following tips for successful interviews in a competitive job market:
§ Keep it upbeat: Many job seekers may be experiencing tougher than usual job searches in this economy. Even if your job search process has been frustrating, do what you can to remain positive and upbeat.
§ Prepare, prepare, prepare: Before the interview, research the company by looking at the press room for recent announcements, the About Us section for company culture, and the list of products so you are familiar with their offerings. Though I don't celebrate this occasion long time ago since I migrated here in America. In fact, I am working in this day. However, the culinary and Asian team did organize an event for today. Lion dance, invited a famous chefs to perform hands make noodle in campus.

The question surrounded my mind since last week after I took shower. While my hair wet and looking at the mirror uhg I notice I am getting old and ugly that really worries me. Glad I straight the question out this evening and got the assurance from him.
Darn it! I've been practice the demonstration speech but for some reason it doesn't went well simply because of freak out. It was a huge disappointment for me because I thought I will nail it but end up mess it up.
Don't understand why the freak out took control of me while I am on public speaking. That 5mins seems like 5hrs long. Let's hope with more practice will be smoother in the further.
Families, everyone got one whether you like it or not. Sometime people are not so thrilled about family because of drama. Do you know how much drama is going on behind the scenes in a family around you? There are many causes. Envy, jealousy, mis-communication, generation differences and etc. What every cause though, my two recommended solutions are Love and Peace. Keep this in mind and it will makes everyone life easier in helping with family drama.
First, I will discuss on using love as a strategy to deal with family drama. This is well fix because of Love will allow us to cooling off time during the drama. Let's think why people tense to creating family drama. Well, Ego leads us to self center behavior. Individual often stuck to themselves only rather thinking of bigger picture. If we use love by walking them through the darkness and I bet it will eliminated family drama.
Lastly, I will tell you on using Peace as a strategy. This is best suited to family drama because it will ease our mind. As we know stress in one of part of person life to interaction of family. The pressure of the work or lack of job makes the person constantly in the bad mood and uneasy. I'd recommend use peace on this. Try to see where the other person come from. This will help to keep perspective on things and reduce the amount of family drama that might otherwise happen in your life.
Understood, it is hard to predict where or when it will happen but if we keep these tips in mind. It may help on dealing with it. Life it just too short to with family drama. Cheer!

Oh my! the sushi rolls were so yummy eh. The quality of the product are good. It's very fresh + good. Both of us enjoy every bites of it.
Who would have thought the bad things keep coming our way! It just the 8th day of 2011 and we have seen States emergency because of snow storm and the tragic shooting Tucson Arizona.
It's just the number 8th day of 2011 but it has been many tragedies happened. From the snow storm to shooting tragedy in Tucson Arizona. Killed 6 people, the Congressman Woman is still fighting for her life and many others injuries simply because of the psycho act.
Let's hope all the bad things will go away and move forward.
Cha-Ching! That's the sounds of the hotel register in LAS at this time of the year. This is because an annual event CES 2011 held on 01/06 through 01/09. There are more then a thousand participants to introduce and promote their product. Of course, there are about 300+ are from China.
This is the number ten years that my love participate for the show. He is there since 01/04. I know it will be a long week for him as tight schedule for meeting and long walk for the convention. According to him this year is about electric car, 3D and tablets eh.
Winter quarter has begun! In fact, today is the 1st day of school for most of the students. Since I am still off today thus I stop by school to look for the class room location and the nearest parking spot. But today the parking lot flooded with cars and of course the campus full with students.
Well, I am looking forward to my 1st day at work then school tomorrow! Are you?
I was in bed rest for 36+hrs and Thank God I am feeling better. Able to get up and start a brand new day without any unpleasant feeling! Ah that is a good sign. After slowly drink and eating then I started prep meal. Well, it appeared that all the food that I prepared all were great. The Fillet Mignon, Cajun Salmon, Crab Salad serve into the filo shell, parsley potatoes and tomatoes stuffed with bread crumbs.
It took about 3+hrs for me to prep all these but it all worth it. But the smoke alarm trigger as I am not use to the broiler. The Fillet Mignon just perfectly done right on medium rare. I will plan to do more cooking in year 2011.
Looks like 2011 will be another great year and I am open arm to welcome this wonderful year...

He always there for me and encourage me back to school and walk me thru the difficulties. He is my angel, my hero, my lovely Pinky pie, he's everything I ever wanted and everything I need. Honestly, I can talk about him; I will go on and on and on because he's everything to me.
