Are you one of the people who love to be loud? Well, some people tend to be loud for no reason in anywhere they are whether in office, restaurant or like those gangster wannabe driving down the street with 10 bass speakers. Gees, don't you hate that!
My take on these people are insecure and dissatisfied with their own lives so they decided to make themselves heard in one way or another for everyone else. Though below phrase well related to this topic:-

Just wish people got more sense of humor rather then being stupid like this.
