As usual we took our sweet time to kick back, relax and take it slow. Woke up around noon then we hang out @ Starbucks for frappuccino. Drove around the city for late lunch. Stop by Pan Cake House however we were too late for that as they just about to close. Thus my love continue drive to see if any catchy restaurant so that we can dine in.
We are some where Westgate Shopping Center in San Jose and notice Maxim's cafe. Well, it used to me Max but clearly it changed but we will put a try and see how is it. It served western food such as sandwiches, soup and etc sort of Marie Calendar. The restaurant look clean though
My love ordered corn beef sandwiches and I went classic for fish and chips. Wow! only 2 pieces of fish and it taste fishy and frozen. And tons of fries. Well, if the fish taste good and I don't mind for only 2pcs but 1 bite can confirmed it is not fresh. That's really makes me mad.
As soon I got home and I checked on the restaurant rating uhg it was raated under -1. It was took over by Paul Sidhu quoted 'we served the same menu and we did not cut corner' Sidhu said.
Well, Mr. Sidhu you statement are clearly wrong and how would you serve your client with frozen and fishy food! It would be nice to see how Chef Gordon Ramsey to give him a lesson. Who knows he probably is hiring his pals from India to make western food! Uhg that's not working bro!
I will never go back to that place although is free.
