That’s right ‘No texting while driving’ and it’s a new law in California with effective today 1st Jan 2009. Let’s hope with this new law will reduce the percentage of accident.
p/s: Perhaps CHP will really crack down the user though because l still notice most of the driver still chat on the phone while driving although the hand free law enacted six month ago!
