New Year Eve!

Many part of the world already welcome the year of 2010 with beautiful fireworks. However, the city workers are still trying their best to prep the night, Police department enforcement new rule to ensure fellow folks may enjoy the night in the safer manner. Restaurateur to ensure they came out with the unique program for this special night to lure more customers.

And then I am here at home throwing up almost whole day. I ate Philippines breakfast and green gapes in the morning. For some reason my stomach can't digest well especially on the meat and grape. Struggling on writing greeting card to my love as I do not want him to know there will be a card for him to night.

We went out for Japanese food for dinner. Though I can't really eat as I don't feel well. Throw up twice in the restaurant however Thanks to God that I made it to the rest room. My face was so pale and on our way home I threw up again yuck! Love asked me to use 'Promethazine' thus I insert that then follow by gave love the greeting card and kisses before to bed. Because I knew that I can't wake up in time by 12mid night to give him the card and kisses.

Darn! I really did not expect my New Year Eve will be in this way. Perhaps the nasty 2009 will over quick and welcoming brand new great 2010 ahead.

Last work week of year 2009

This is the last work week of year and also the 2nd last work day of 2009. Most of the people are on their Season Holidays vacation. It was a very slow day for us. One of our peer suggested and asked if we are allowed to movie! Guess what! my manager stand up and told us quoted 'Let's go & Come on'. Thus I will just join them.

We made it to Century Cinema 16 down the street from our campus. Got the tickets @ 10.30am for 'Sherlock Holmes' which directed by Guy Ritchie and starring by Robert Downey Jr., Jude Law just to names a few. I thought it was boring, dull and slow but it certainly good for passing time.

Well, this is my 1st time to cinema after 6years where I found the theater so dirty and smelly thus made me stop going for movies. Glad that the environment in the cinema is much cleaner now!

Christmas 2009

It's Christmas, Christmas, Christmas! That's right it's Christmas :) Though I normally can't stay until that late but I did that this time because I want to wait for the moment. Just to be the first one to wish, kiss and hug my love. When the clock hit 12midnight and I gave him a sweet kiss, big hug, greeting card & gifts. He gave a cool gifts for me as well. What a wonder moment! Thank you love.

Then woke up around 4am+ to call home to wish my sister, granny and aunt but too bad can't get hold of Mom's cell. I will try again later.

Well, there was a very disturbed news that I discovered from my sister. Her whole family swing by our home in Balik Pulau where Mom and brother family live on Christmas eve. Guess what! my sister standing outside the door and asked if Mom around. And my brother said 'Don't know'! Thus Evelyn asked again 'Don't know'? and he replied probably granny home. What frustrating was he not even paid attention by welcoming and open the door follow by walk in the house. Well, sister Evelyn thought he went in to get the key. OMG! he came out with a broom stick and dustpan! Uhg..what's wrong with this moron? Seriously, shame on your behavior and even the 3 year old will behave better! Evelyn just left since there is no sign of welcoming. Not sure what is going with him but one thing for sure. He changed significantly ever since he got married with the trashy lady. He treat our parent & sibling badly. Well, May God Bless his family and him. Hopefully, he redeem himself before too late.

Santa Claus rally '09

ho Ho HO!!! Everyone just waiting for this Santa rally and 'YES' it landed well. The market closed @ noon with good result. Dow closed at +0.51% and Nasdaq +0.71%. Let's hope some magic will happens with higher point on 12/31 boo yah!

Christmas decorations

Oh my! It's about 9.30pm after dinner and we both just about to wind down for the long holidays weekend. Then my love asked me to put on my jacket and let's go out! Hmm that's surprise and I asked him if it is right now and he said 'Yes'.

Guess what! He took me to watch the Christmas lawn decorations by some of the houses. Wow! It was great and even attract visitors to watch it. I bet their energy bill will be extremely high. Though I did not do any decoration this year neither home nor work. This bad flu seasons has been bothering both of us very much. Also, the unconfirmed move schedule just makes me can't do anything!

Though it was very sweet of him to drove me to watch the lights :) Thank You love!

Winter officially here!

Winter is now officially here! Everyone once again to put on their winter clothing, scarf, boots and etc. This is because the weather temperature will be cooler. In fact, there were frost nights prior Winter arrives in California. The temperature was below 30+ degrees! Thank God our heater at home and heated blanket keep us warm.

As for East Coast folks once again they got to deals with the pile of snow whoops and Good luck!

If you're sick, PLEASE STAY HOME!

There is no doubt that if you are sick then you got to stay home especially in this bad flu season. Notes and poster have been posted everywhere to reminds everyone about this and constantly wash your hand.

This is because the we breathing in the same air, and who ever sick and yet who came to work will contribute the gem to others. Uhg! I got so sick this weekend. It is because both twit are so sick one of them coughing non stop and another constantly sneezing. And I share a same booth pan with them. Oh joy!

I tried to drink Apple juice and OJ but still can't stop their virus on Friday and got so sick on Saturday and Sunday. Thank God at least I got 2days to recover but it is not easy. OMG! A very hurtful words from the moron was quoted ' Scored! I am gem carrier' Yuck! What a irresponsible twit.

This is my warning to those moron who sick and yet to work! 'PLEASE STAY HOME'

Bizarre behavior during this Season Holidays

Green, red, gold or silver all kind of decoration that you can imagine. It's the most wonderful time of the year! The old, young, rich pr poor will celebrate as much as they could beside more bizarre behavior at this time. Here's the usual situation that I had been seen..

Our vendor got us 6 cannoli's for Season Holidays which just perfect for our team as we have 6 people in our team. However, after he hand it over to us and he also invited others for the cannoli! Whoops and the others came from another building for the cannoli! Gees, I am not going to argue for the cannoli but hey this is the moral issues. (If you give away thing and you have no right to call others)

One of my co-worker got a called to pickup 'Snuggies' from the vendor to distribute to our team as a appreciation. This is because we help them before. Unfortunately, he took it as his gift to us. He told us that quoted 'Hope you like this Snuggies'. Guess what the vendor ping me and asked me if I got the Snuggies thus I realized that is wasn't from him ha ha. I didn't crack his shell though but this is totally not appropriate. (It is OK to tell the true rather)

A rip and broken dog toy to his managed who don't have dog at home! Ah that's sad for 50+ years individual have the taste like that. (I am speechless)

I bet is all because of economy situation causing people to act like the absolute bizarre behavior that I ever seen. Again, it is OK for no gift if the situation not allow.

MRI Scans on his right knee..

It's Sunday and we both woke up around 5.30am which unusual. But it ok though because my love got an appointment @ 6.30am on his MRI Scan for his right knee. Too bad I am not allow to enter the scanning room to explore. It took around 30mins for the process. picked up pan cakes on our way home and follow by back to bed.

I am so glad that he finally decided to focus and get this done. Just too painful to see him suffering the pain if he stand and walk too long :( In fact, we need to be very careful while we 'having fun' and got to be sure to skip certain position to avoid more pressure of his right knee. Let's hope we will get a good result and take small process to fix it.

p/s: Skiing is fun but is dangerous in the same time! His knee was hit by Ski Board years ago.

Everyone is on Woods case!

Since the car crash that Tiger Woods had in late Nov and we hear it all. We can simply get it the info from Media or Internet daily. And these alleged mistress one by one is coming out from the shell to try and attempt to claim their big buck. In fact, some of them hired an attorney for the $. OMG! what's wrong with this world!

There is no doubt that Tiger is wrong as cheated his wife and family. But why don't everyone just back off and give his family and him some privacy especially in this difficult time.

Though it isn't classy and shame to these ladies to involve with married man. Where are their sense of humor and self esteem. Please woke up and get a better job rather.

Winter Blast

Winter came 13days earlier! the weathertemperature drop to 30+ at night. I even notice there is layer of ice on the windshield of the car that parked outside. And when I am on my way back from work and I can see the mountain top covered with snow ah it just pretty.

Well, California has been labeled as the best States to live because of the weather. But hey it now snowing in California too. Anyway, it will be another chilling night again woo...

Usual Friday night but it was great!

We normally dinner out especially on Friday night just to kick back and relax after a long week at work. However, we didn't to night as my love didn't feeling well. Thus we went to hospital knowing that this is the ugly flu season.

Thank God the evening clinic is still open and we were waited for 10mins to see the on call Dr. What a relief that the Dr confirmed it wasn't Swine flu however Dr advised us to keep track on the fewer it the fewer is up again then will need to take the Tamiflu meds. Well, regardless what we picked up the meds from pharmacy anyway. Then stop by Target for the Thermometer guess what we both end up did a little shopping there while drinking the peppermint hot chocolate from Starbucks.

We got home around 9pm and order pizza online and later enjoy the pizza while listen Holidays music while guessing the original singer of the song. This is wonderful and glad his fewer is gone too!

Please give her 'Kate Mcrae' a little prayer!

Bet most of the world already hear and read about a 5ive years old girl Kate Mcrae who is battling the killer disease brain tumor! She diagnosed with a very malignant aggressive brain tumor called supratentorial primitive neuroectodermal tumor or sPNET.

In fact, Dr. Phil & wife Robin visited her at her home and also air her story to the viewer. So, that more people may support and give her a little prayer that matter to Mcrae family. It is very sad situation for Mcrae family especially for a young girl to go through this. Though her parent got her a pet/dog name Patrick. Just another reason for her to laugh and jump on her bed :) The spirit about her that makes her eyes twinkle, so innocent yet so strong. I almost feel as if she is related to me, as I instantly fell in love with her.

How to deal with people!

Well, this is a bold and wide question and bet it's not easy to answer. Each person have their own way of behaving. He/She may be straight forward, pure, sincere, kind, ego, evil, talkative, bad and many more.

Thought straight forward is good but how many people can take the truth and heat? Not many for sure unless he/she willing to accept the fact. No offend people are evil and this is nature. A good example at the grocery store:-

Just stand at the eggs section and you may notice the consumer will pickup the box eggs and check if the eggs are cracks and you may even see people ex-change the large eggs to their box!

I liked people who sincere and straight forward. However, I would stay away from people who ego, evil, greedy, talkative and bad. Seriously, I don't have time for these groups of people nor interested to listen to their crap. They are just incompetent and need to talk and talk.

Season Holiday officially kick off!

The smell of spice, the yellow leaf that fell on the ground and the beautiful holiday decoration on the street or mall just make me smile. That's right the Season Holiday is now officially kicks off after the Thanksgiving celebration. The nice holiday music that some of the radio station begin to play for 247 until Christmas is over. I truly love this time of year...

Black Friday 2009

After the good eats from the 'Thanksgiving' celebration and up next will be Black Friday deal! In this economy crisis either retailer or shopper will hope for this day to get the business. Though some of retailer started the deal earlier to lure more business.

There are some absolute deals such as 32" flat screen TV for 278.00 with free shipping. Rice cooker, slow cooker for $3 and many more. I am glad both retailer and shopper play their part on the safety method. Unlike last year 2 life were taken.

I didn't care much for the deal because I decided to cancel off the gift to my fellow co-worker. But I do notice people behaving badly such as a group of moron were standing right on the entrance for their chat. Blocking the walk way while he/she busy chatting on the phone, gave hint to his brother simply she want this and that, she can walk perfectly but she parked on disable parking spot and etc. Come on people and shame on you where is your sense of humor?

Thanksgiving 2009

American celebrating 'Thanksgiving' event with eating lot of food with their closes pals and family. From the main entree such as Turkey, spiral ham, the side dish of green beans casserole and dessert of pumpkin pie and cookies. Bet most of the house wives spend hours in their kitchen to prep for the meal.

We got spiral ham instead of turkey this year. Also, I got the sample of the ham and it taste good but the one we got just too salty. And I spent about 5hours in the kitchen.

I am Thankful for EVERYTHING that I have today. Thanks to the highest up there and my best friend, my love and my hubby always there for me. Thank you love for loving me like you do.

Alton Brown visited Google MTV

Yes! The cooking Teacher of the year AKA Best Food Guru visited Google MTV this morning. There is no words can fix the title of 'The cooking Teacher of year & Best Food Guru' besides Alton Brown. He is the creator and host of The Food Network TV show call Good Eats. And he just celebrated 10 Anniversary special early this month for the show. He is also the main commentator on Iron Chef America and many more. Of course, the author of cooking books and the latest one is 'The Early Years'.

Alton, Google and You Tube team up to answer the most puzzling Thanksgiving from the YouTube community and celebrate Thanksgiving with new themes and gadgets for iGoogle.

200 of his latest cook book given away to attendance. Unfortunately, I was there even 20mins early and yet not able to get the book :( though it was a great experience to watch him live on stage.

It is not classy to do so!

WTF is my first reaction to know about this. She is hinting us that she wants MacBook pro for a while now. She even told us that there is a deal for $900. Come on! How could that be real? The price of Mac at least $1300 or more and it depends on size from 13", 15" or 17". Seriously, even the deal is real and I don't see any reason to get that since she already have laptops to use. Again, she can't even handle Thinkpad well and why willing to waste $ on this especially we are in economy crisis. Her desire on the MacBook pro simply because to show off her fellow at work just TOO stupid.

Gees, what a shame for a phd that don't understand the simple humor. Let me tell you lady 'Is it not classy to do so'! and just wonder what next that you need?

But weird things happened! Before the show end and Carrie said 'What about us! we are awesome right?' oh my! it would be nice she just said nothing at all.

Fall Back!

Day Light Saving ends and Yes once again we will gain an hour which is a good thing. However, I truly dislike the change because day time is getting shorter :( and it's definitely not good.

Bad People Behavior +7

Confuse and pauses are my reaction while I am witnessing the bad people behavior earlier. I was in Armadillow Willy's earlier to pickup my order. Saw a lady who coming in while she is busy talking on the phone. Though not sure why she just walk a few steps forward from the door. Well, when more customer come in and it obviously no room for late comer to get in because she did not adjust her spot. Gees, I really wish the worker in restaurant will say something unfortunately they didn't.

When the clerk able to take the next order and she is still on phone thus the person who queue behind her will just bypass her. Guess what she has time to said 'I am next'! and when she got up to the counter and she still on the phone and have no clue what to order!

Gees, shame on her to have such a bad behavior. What's wrong to let other go first when she is not ready and in additional she is on the phone? What a selfish bitch! i think she is not smart enough to figure that out.

My Citizenship Oath Ceremony

What a gorgeous morning! Birds singing and the sun is shining. Yes, Today is the day I am officially be a citizen of United States of America. It was a beautiful ceremony, there are 435 new citizens are taking the naturalization oath from 57 countries. And I am one of them. I am very proud to be an American.

I remember when I first came into California with USD1,000, two bags and the mission of a job relocation. Obviously, I had no clue what I was getting into. With the culture shock, neither credit history nor a real friend, I must admit that it was tough. But my days getting brighter and everything simply perfect since I found my true love. His blue-blue eyes and magic means the world to me. Thank you love!

Liquid suppose to pour into trash bin or sink?

Base on the title of this post and it obviously no brainer to think about whether liquid suppose to pour into Trash Bin or Sink!?!

Trust me and I witness it this morning at my work place. One of my peer pour his overnight drink into the trash bin that we share. But I don't understand why he can't just walk a few steps more to our micro kitchen where there is a 'SINK' there! I did gave him a hint and suggest to him to pour the drink into the sink instead but his responses was it's just 'Trash Bin'. But what if the trash bin leak and must everyone got to smell the overnight drink in our work place?!

This twit used to place his dirty utensil on my desk many times and I did brought attention to my boss. I bet he is just another person who has bad habit in his dirty and disgusting world.

OMG! I got chill and Thankful to hear that the flight that miss the Airport by 150 Miles before landed with 147 passangers safely.

Can you imagine one hour and 18mins, the pilots flying at 37,000 feet above the sea level where radio silent with air traffic controllers, who at time tried to reach the cockpit, according to a news release from National Transportation Safety Board.

It simply because of the heated discussion over the airline policy and lost awareness of the situation, the Federal Aviation Administration said. There is one word can describe these twits 'Irresponsible'.

Garth Brooks is BACK!

The Countries music fans must be very thrill to hear this. This star who won many awards includes 2 Grammy Awards, 17 American Music Awards, 11 Country Music Association Awards, 18 Academy of Country Awards, 5 World Music Awards, 12 People's Choice Awards, 36 Bilboard Music Award. He has been named artist of the decade during his 1990's prime by both American Awards and the Academy of Country Music Awards. He officially retired from performing in 2001 to be a family man. But hey he is back! with his hi-energy performance.

Thanks to Steve Wynn who offered provisions for the start to spend a few performance weekends in Vegas and still maintain close ties with his family. As the part of the Vegas resident performance stint and Steve Wynn buys plance for GB. How cool is that...

Performances are slated to occur 15 weekends per years or until GB chooses to cease performing. Confirmed concert dated are below:-

6 years old Colorado boy found alive!

Relief is the right word for Henne's family and also everyone who follow the live media coverage. It was claimed that the 6years old Falcon craw into the homemade helium balloon AKA aircraft. The balloon flew for more than two hours with 25miles per hour. Sadly after balloon landed and the authorities confirmed the boy wasn't there! Gees, it makes everyone shock and sad to think where is the boy? Because his brother told the investigators and his parents that Falcon was in the balloon when it went up.

But hey Happy ending happens! The little boy was found inside the box that holds all the batteries, and Henne said he had yelled at him for doing that. Falcon said 'I was in the attic as thought he is in trouble and afraid his dad yelling at him.

Well, his family difinately learned a good lesson.

Good Shopping Day!

Since my love is still working on his presentation and I will just heading out to do my shopping. What's else besides clothing! Stopped by shopping mall and picked up some cute clothing and skirts. Ah I like them so much and I have additional clothing in my closet :)

Taking care of hair..

Hair is the key component to bring out the personality, sassiness and sexyness of the individual. Regardless you got thick or thin and you should know how to take care of your hair.

Be clean, samphoo + conditioner hair and trim it at least 6 to 8 weeks. Though if you have dandruff then look for the right shampoo. If you don't have time to take care of your hair and I would suggest you to simply keep it short. It much easier to maintain and save $ as well.

Gees, I am dealing with the degusting smelly hair in my work place. One of my peer got a long day and when the weather temperature getting warmer and you can tell the stinky smell floating around yuck! Sometime I just want to shout out loud 'Come on lady! please be clean and wash your damn hair'. Just don't understand why is so hard to get hair wash 2days once?

Late but worth the wait...

I finally received the notice from USCIS about my Oath Ceremony! Yes, and it will be schedule of 29th Oct @ 10am. My previous Oath Ceremony was schedule on 08/20 however due to my love is still in his European business trip thus I wasn't able to make it that day. But hey it was late but worth the wait.

Dad's 2nd memorial Anniversary!

Yes, he is gone for 2years now! Time indeed flies and hopes he is in the better place. No longer fight for the disease and worries about $ anymore. Although, he has been causing lots of problem about his gambling habits but I still love and miss him. After all he is my Dad.

I knew it is a huge impact for Mom since Dad passed away but at least Mom got some peace by not to worry about $ and etc. Hope Dad will bless Mom with stronger spirit and happier.

11th years ago, Google exist and we hardly hear about this compare to Yahoo or any other search engine. But today there is no single person do not know about Google. In fact, our home page set up as Google home page lol!

Google @ 1600 Amphithreatre Parkway has been very active in term of productivities. Managed to developed many APPS, advertising program and etc. Of course the Google Mobile (Android, Bake, CupCake, Donut, Eclair, Flan & beyond)

They used to be No.1 place to work at but due to the costs cutting and it drop to No.4 but hey it still great place to work at though.

People who talk too much!

How are we going to classify people who talk too much?! Anyway, I will consider this kind of people who don't have sense of humor & Insucurity. These group of people and I tent to avoid...

As the clock ticking closer to 8am and people are getting back on their desk to start their day at work. But most of the time I hear yada yada, talk, talk follow by blah blah. OMG! why they have so much things to talk about? He talk about his girl whining for something, another one talk about what he did last night so on and on. Gees, who cares on what he/she did?

Seriously, I don't mean to listen but they are just too loud. Just hoping these people may consider to pipe down but you know the answer they don't!

OMG! It is a bad and dark day for all of us in America to witness the moronic behavior act liked Kenya West did to Taylor Swift. Anyway, Taylor won The Best Female Video award however this twit hijacked her microphone and interrupted her acceptance speech. He repeatedly said and I quoted 'Beyonce got a Best Video for all time' Come on what's wrong with him! Even our President said he is a Jackass! Though I would suggest MTV Organization need to ban this twit on the future event. This is not his 1st time to do this to the fellow winner. In fact, he need to take 48hrs to figure out apologies to Taylor wow! Which part of your brain not functioning?! Shame on you...

I am glad to see Tay Tay to handle the situation well and the classy Beyonce invited Taylor on stage to share the moment as she won award of the year.

We have just lost another talented and iconic actor 'Patrick Swayze'. He passed away today at the age of 57 years old.

After a long week at work and there is nothing better than we got our quality time together. Spent our lazy day together from shop to cook and cuddle on the couch while sipping wine & movie. Ah it's just wonderful.

6th Wedding Anniversary

6th years ago @ '2pm' both of us were stood in front of SF City Hall Judge while he proceeding our Wedding Ceremony. Well, time truly flies and we are now stepping into the 6th years already. Of course, he is still the one that I catching myself to drean of him, talking over with and the one who I cuddle next as close as I could. He just lovely and I can't get enough of him.

I knew and understood that both of us could handle our life better rather then work Work WORK. But perhaps this year we may change a bit. I am hoping to have our buddle of joy with blue eyes soon.

Bay Bridge REMAINS closed until Wed 5am

Cal-Trans had just annouced that The Bay Bridge will remain CLOSED until Wednesday Sept 9 by 5am. They will not be able to complete emergency repairs in time to open the bridge as scheduled Tuesday.

Bridge officials said they did not know how the crack occurred but said the eyebar did not fail because of strain from the project that necessitated this weekend's closure. "There's a lot of rust in the crack, so it's been there for a while," Forner said. The last time the bridge was inspected was in 2007, and there was no sign then that the eyebar was cracked, he said.

Despite the seriousness of the new problem, state engineers said the damage would not have led to bridge failure. The eyebar is part of a network of eight similar pieces, and when it failed, the stress was redistributed to the other strands.

Well, I supposes to attend the Oath Ceremony on 08/20 but due to my love still in his business trip thus I got to re-schedule the ceremony. Because I want to share this important moment with him. Ted Kennedy so call 'Lion of Senate' who was a voice of public. He established the disability Act and many more. He served the senate position for 47 years. Unfortunately, he lost battling with a malignant brain tumor which limited his apprearances in the Senate. He died on 25th August 2009 in the age on 77 will barried in Arlington cerementary. A talented singer discovered since he was 5years old and who became The King of Pop. He was the most succesful musician. Even in death, the King of Pop is still shrouded in mystery. Although, there are so many alligation about his death but his finally lay to rest after 2months long. And Michael Jackson will be buried in the Holly Terrace of the Great Mausoleum at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Glendale, California. Forest Lawn is the Disneyland of famous cemeteries, designed to convince people that death is not a sorrowful ending but a return to joyful innocence. The building is heavily guarded, and off-limits to the public.

Though I must say today Sen. Kennedy get more attention than MJ. Well, probably MJ get too much attention on 06/25 because Farah Fawcett also dies on the same day but the media is all about Michael Jackson.

Alone + Wine + Work = Not Fun

It's Friday night and I am here sitting alone on the couch watching TV while sipping wine. Just hope Pinky will come back home soon from his European business trip. I can't wait for his return although our daily contact it just not the same.

Then around 9.35pm and boss called me and asked if I am one of my co-worker contact. Well, bummer I don't have their personal cell neither. From that moment I knew I got to back to office to strengthen the issues out. Oh boy! What a great weekened to begin with...

Very slow weekend for me..

That's right! This is a very slow and long weekend for me. This is because my love is on his way to Europe for his European business trip.

Well, after I did so many things but hey still early before 9pm. Anyway, I will need to spend my time study for the rest of the weekend to occupied the weekend as exam coming.

It is weekend that we are looking for and it is time for us to spend our lazy day together. But I just don't understand why my hubby twin sister just do not know how to respect our privacy! Don't you just hate that?

Guess what she calls 7 times today up to 6.20pm. From the time we were shopping, lunch until
we are going to take a nap and she keeps talking uhg! Is she has a life if don't please go and get one? If it is an important matter then we can understand but she simply love to chat about 'her', what she do, she bought 2boxes of blue berries and went to dinner with her neighbor. Seriously, I don 't give a crap on her agenda as long as not the stupid one. But come on please and STOP calling us like this.

As we laid down in bed thought that we need to relax but hey she called again uhg. Well, I am pissed and SMS her to call tomorrow instead as we need to take a nap. I hate to do this but hey I forced to. Let see how long she will stop calling.

Family + Evil Bitch = Disaster

Years ago we so call a simple family with 3 kids in small town are just happy and pure. But today after 30+years it became completely different situation from happy to sad.

Understood things change from time to time. Like kids grow up and individual have their own agenda like job or got married but why the happiness no longer there? I guess it is a failure on the family members especially the key personal 'My brother'.

He got married 3years ago with the evil bitch who is also the control freak. Seriously, I don't see any goodness that she brought into our family besides darkness. My brother became greedy and go down to the wrong path. These idiots took away the donations that people donated when Dad passed away. Dis-respect to our Mom and so much mom and I will never ever forgive them. It seems, she intentionally disconnect the line of our home phone just so no one can reach mom. OMG! luckily my sister Evelyn found out on her visit. Thank God we gave mom a cell phone on our last visit. Why she did that? She even abuse her maid. Man, I will team up with my sister to see how to assist the maid. Will definitely report to police perhaps this will teach her a lesson.

Mad with her as she got zero respect to Mom but also sympathy on her acts. Hope she will redeem herself before too late. Sadly for my brother who have no balls and guts to stand for the right and wrong but let the evil bitch rule the whole house. Very lame and shame on him.

This is her 2nd marriage and also 2nd change and hopefully she will appreciate in the good way. People like her with no sense of humor it just waste in the society.

5th of August in deed a great day for most of the Americans and also me! Guess everyone heard about Bill Clinton and two journalists came back from North Korea this morning. Well, as for me I passed my USCIS interview today. Although, I knew it wasn't that hard because we do have booklet to study but to get through that process it just great. With that means I will be American citizen as soon as I take the oath. I am feeling good and will never forget the 5th August 09.

Privacy between married couple and family member!

Remember when we fight for PB&J, running around the lawn and many more the old good time in our childhood. As time goes by we begin to have our own agenda. But hold the thought because I did not mean that once we get older will need to distant the relationship with family! No that wasn't what we want but I am hoping people may respect our privacy that's all.

I just don't understand why people don't know how to respect the privacy. Don't you hate that! Understood, she is twin sister of my hubby BUT who give her the right to call us daily? Talk about her to do list or what she do and so on and on! Wake us up before 8am during weekend + so much more...OMG! Is she has a live? Seriously, I don't give a damn on what she is doing for God sake. Honestly, I don't mind if she call once a week but 2, 3 times day that will be too much. Then bitching that her phone bill is getting expensive. Go figure...

Both of us are working and got a very tight schedule and all we need is the quality time together but hey! She is interfering our time. Besides, my love said she got no one to talk too uhg...

Guess what I got her SMS earlier because she is 'WORRYING' as can't get hold of my hubby. Actually, his boss in town that's why busy with the meetings. Gees, who has time for her crap! I can't believe a person who has PHD in phycology can't figure this out. That's a shame! What's wrong with her?

What a huge relief ! Thank God my nightmare is over. Guess what the presentation went well today. Actually, I got stressed out since last week because my boss did not like the metric and charts that I created. But it doesn't stop me and I stay late and redo and prep the material and boo yah my presentation flying high in color today.

The moment I walk out from the conference room and I felt the Sun rise and makes me very
relief. I remember that was 3pm. I knew I am not Native American and definately need more practice something like presentation in front of President and Vice President of the company. But I think I am in the right path.

A perfect spot for breakfast and brunch!

There is nothing to makes my day even better to have my love on the lazy day just to do nothing and enjoy our quality time together. We woke up around noon time and craving for American breakfast.

We made it to Bill's cafe somewhere San Jose. Oh my and I truly like the cafe as it looks clean and very cozy environment. The waiter and waitress are well trained too. We got our orders pretty quick though. My love ordered Chorizo omelet and I got the Crab cake benedicts. Wow! its delicious and we will definately go back again. Because there are many item on the menu looks very interesting. A lady who seat on next table to us asked me the name of my order lol!

In fact, there are many compliments through Yelp too. Well, we definately found a perfect spot for brunch.

Somber farewell @ Staples Center, LA

Yes, it was a sad and somber day for everyone around the world to say Goodbye to 'The King of Pop, Michael Jackson'. There are old, young, white, black, man and woman has just ONE goal to pay last respect to the superstar. Thanks to AEG Management to organized such a massive memorial service. I bet Michael will be please to have such a great moment to see his friends and family to celebrate his live like this.

The are many lucky winners through the lottery draw to attend this special event and many more stream his memorial service as most of the media coverage live.

But most of the people got the teary eyes after we heard his 11 years old daughter Paris Jackson said 'Daddy has been the best father you could ever imagine, I love you SO much. Wow! that is very powerful message and we now learned that he is indeed a good daddy.

Independence's day 2009

It's normal practice in most of city to have firework activities to celebrate the special day in American way. We both spent the lazy day at home by watching movies and BBQ ribs that marinade by my love. Though the ribs a bit salty this time but we go with rice that should be good. Bottom line we got our quality time together.

Around 9.30pm we heard firework began thus we both rush outside with our camera to capture those beautiful art ah it's just wonderful.

It's me day! - 1st July

Once again, we are celebrating the special day of mine. My love was so sweet and he gave me a kiss 5mins after mid night follow by wish me 'Happy Birthday'. I just love him and can't get enough of him.

He came home with 20" aquarium for me. He knew that I love to watch fish swimming especially with the colorful fishes. In fact, I have equarium screen saver on my laptop. I feel so special on this day not because of Canada's day or Hong Kong return to China but it me day. A day that I began to step into this world.

Food Network - What is going on?

What is going are my questions surrounded my mind with 'Food Network' lately. The quality of the show drop significantly. The management seems to focus on rating rather then the quality of the show. Like everyone else we watch the Food Network program with a simple goal to get knowledge, tips and technique from the fellow expert on how prepapre a great meal. Unfortunately, we don't see this anymore rather then flirting and confuse all the fan. I used to be a fan on FN but not anymore.

There are a few good host that I think should stay :-

1. Alton Brown - Very talented and entertaining invidual.
2. Bobby Flay - Great chef but a superb loser on his show 'Throwdown with Bobby Flay'
   Giada De Laurentis - Very informative program but for some reason she love to have her husband on the show?!
3. Ina Garten - Like her show as very simple and easy but again she love to have her hubby on the show?!
4. Anne Burrell - She is good on technique but she got a weird presentation.
5. Guy Fierri - The most seccesful FN Star over all.
6. Marc Summers - Love his program although he is not cooking
   

Should go - can't even watch anymore

1. Rachel Ray - Should change her theme to 50 or 60mins meal instead. 30mins for 3 courses meal just impossible. Also, she love to call people 'Kids' well, who is she talking too? I would suggest her to stop smoking too.
2. Paula Dean - Understood she came from the long way but she should be professional enough to do cooking rather than flirting. Also, how could her sons 'Jamie and Bobby' got a show there as 'Taste travel'. What qualify them? It is because there are Puala Dean sons? Come on...
3. Duff - Who care about his team and him on how to cope their dateline? If they can't deliver then don't accept the order. We don't need to see how well you treat your team or listen to your laugh.
   The Neely's - Another flirting show but this one is between the couple. How about get a room!
4. Robert Irvine - Annoying and obsolute obnoxious individual. All I can see is anger on him. How about go for anger management class?
5. Sunny Anderson - Who is she? Just a DJ who can talk but what else!
6. Aida Mollenkamp - A joker too just don't understand why this show exist! She can speak but why need a gay guy to read a questions to her? Please note that we are smart enough to get our answer straight from our fingertips. And there is no reason to wait for your program.
7. Sandra Lee - Semi Homemade! Is she talended?
8. Aaron McCargo Jr - Previous Food Network star but he is very boring.
9. Alex Guarnashelli - Another abnoxious and bad program. Seriously, bad presentation.
10. Adam Gertler - Who is he? Don't understand why FN hired him simply he can entertain!
    

I truly missed the old days of FN program with lots of cooking rather than flirting shows. It would be nice if Emeril Lagasse and Martha Stewart come back from their sister company 'Fine Living Network'. At least it may lure people to watch their program otherwise

A day and week to remember in LA!

Today we learned that two very talented and famous individual passed away. Who is Farah Fawcett the actress at the age of 62 and Michael Jackson The King of pop at age of 50. It is a dark and bad week in general, because early this week and also learned that Ed McMohan the comedian died at the age of 86 also in Los Angeles. These three individual have their unique side of them and it is a sad day for America and a great lost!

According to report Michael Jackson suffered cardiac arrest and the paramedics administered CPR in the ambulance and doctors tried to resuscitate for an hour at UCLA Medical Center unfortunately not sucessful. The cause of death remain unknown until an autopsy was performed. Jackson is survived by his three kids Prince Michael Jackson, Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince 'Blanket' Michael Jackson II.

Farah Fawcett died this morning at the St. John Health Center in LA after a courageous and lengthy battle with cancer. She was diagnosed with cancer in 2006. And she battling cancer in very public manner. She survived her 24 son Redmond and her long time boy friend and companion, O'Neal.

Edward McMahon the comedian icon who passed away on 23rd Jun. Who can forget on his line 'H-e-e-e-e-e-e-re's Johnny!' Who is the annoucer of Johnny Carson late n ight show. He died at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center as well. He servived his wife Pam and other family members.

My prayers and thought with these families.

Father's Day 2009

Most of the families are celebrating Father's Day this weekend. Either have special dinner or gift to the person who we respect and call as 'Dad or Father'. And I want to take this opportunity to wish Dad around the world 'Happy Father's Day'.

Yea, this is my 2nd years without Dad as he past away two ago. In this special day and I am thinking of him very much. But the only way I can reach him is to for pray him. It is still hard for me to deal with emotion. I know he is in heaven now and watching each one of us.

To the children around the world:- Please take my advise to give a big hug and wish him 'Happy Father's Day'. Bet you with the simple thing like this and he will be very happy and touch to see how appreciate and respect you are to him. In fact, I don't even have a chance to wish my dad even I want to.

Everyone of us force to be a smart shopper in this economy downturn. With sales, deals and coupons are the key for fellow consumer to save extra money in our pocket.

But this morning, I notice a not too smart family at Lee's sandwiches store. Their kids grabbed 4 packages of 'Pringles' potatoes chips which marked $1.99. Well, the regular price for each pack is $1! In fact, there is Target down the street. Also Safeway and Whole Food are just couple blocks away. Gees, just don't understand why they willing to pay more. It's because of convinience?

Understood, it wasn't my issues whether he/she willing to pay more but just feel sorry to them especially in this recession time. That's all.

The pain as Foreign Worker

If you are the Foreign Worker then you will understand or have been experience in this situation before. Besides, culture shock and life style change there are so many things to adjust from his/her home country. Well, I truly understand the ordeal. In fact, till today I still receive criticism as below..

• I do not know what are you talking about
• Your sentences did not complete
• You got grammar issues..

Each time I hear that and I feel very sad because I still haven't master that field yet. Just like sharp knife strike through me. Very sad and pain. Thanks to my love who always support and guide me.

Not to be sour grape! I really appreciate the criticism on this and I will keep learning. Because I know English is not easy like ABC. Though I must say if I simply ask any Native American Speaker to just speak or write a word on my language and I can bet it unlikely happening. So, be consider please.

I really hope this is not true but I read the news from Internet that 16years young man Ishan Shah hopes to run for City Council position in Fremont. Which also the fourth largest city in Bay Area. Well, it must admired by many other included me for his goal but how much experience that this person have? In fact, he can't even vote yet duh!

Though Mr. Youngman please take my advice to finish your study, let your hair grow and establish the base of politic first. With your one quoted 'Allowing people participate meeting online' just not good enough

Good time @ Central Valley

As usual once of the year my hubby's BFF will organize a pool site party. And this year they plan a little early because this also a farewell gathering with of the couple that are moving to China next week.

Though I must say we got the best time there especially with the pleasant weather. A few best buddies with good food and drink that was the best time. Mens will talk about new technologies and their electronics. As for wives will have hers ladies talk while prep the food. Follow by jump down to Jacuzzi for relaxing. Ah it just another day in paradise.

Our best friend 'Felipe and Anel' are moving to China to persue their dream and we want to wish them all the best.

Understood, 45mins one way to Central Valley sounds like a pain to deal with. But both of us truly got a great time. We made it home around 10.30pm

In these days, there are so many brand of bras regardless Victoria Secret or SPANX. We got the same goal to make the ladies comfortable. Of course, there are styles for us to choice too for example The T-Shirt to Strapless types just to name a few. But just wonder how often you wash it?

Though I must admit I wash my bras daily by hand with the simply reason to hope the comfortable bras 'SPANX' last longer. As soon I got home and I will take it off unless we got visitor at home.

I am very shock to read a recent survey in England found that British women wash their bras JUST 6 TIMES A YEAR!!! They clean hers with talcum power! Yuck! that's disgusting. Just don't understand how they can stand though. No matter, where are you, whether in the cold or warm weather. I think bra should be wash daily. It's my 3rd Anniversary at work!

That's right! This world is spinning fast and without realizing it l've already spent 3years here at work. Though I must say I am among the lukiest individuals here at Google land. I still remember the 1st day that I reported to work in high heels. At that time we were cramped into a very small area so call 'Shipping Area' in building 41. Oh my...

There is no doubt I truly enjoy this Googley environment with lots of fun events. So far, I've been privileged to see the following superstars perform live:

We have shared many laughs and achievements in this team. Each time I accomplish my mission I express it with a 'Woo Hoo' which is probably not ideal as some have said it sounds like 'Ya Hoo'! I even heard people said 'She is crazy' whoops...

One thing is clear to me though, the meaning of the phrase 'no pain, no gain '!

People who love to talk...

Don't you just hate to deal with people who love to talk! We can see people who love to talk anywhere and anytime. Even worst to found these people at work place as to deal with their drama for 8hrs a day. In additional, if they have the unpleasant voice! uhg...

Of course, for those who has that stereotype thinking about this and first thing come to his/her mind was 'ladies & an old age folks'. My take to these people are no sense of humor and no live. Good example from my work. Gees, how could a male talk so much and even talk about his family drama to his fellow co-worker! I don't mean to listen but they are just too loud.

I received an email from my BFF/MayLing about her sister in-law. I knew her since high school. She told me that her sister in-law just constantly call her husband. Sadly, at least twice a day including weekend, she even wake them up on weekend! Then she will go on and on about her activities! Oh my..I was thinking is she has a live? Who cares about what she planning to do? Who give her the right to interrup their quality time or privacy? Uhg I feel sorry for MayLing to go through this.

I just don't understand why people love to talk that much though. It isn't classy thing to do at all. Though I do have an advise to these people to use their time wisely rather than yada yada and talk, talk, talk to lower themselve down.

Pain vs Gain = Move On

Pain vs Gain may describe in many matters. However, this words is just perfect for my scenario. As usual my bad day begin @ 2pm on Thursday this is because I got 1on1 with my boss. Oh joy!

Well, today is just extremely disappointed and frustrated on our argument. He even brought pain vs gain up. I address to him that one of our team member should save the docs in our filer where folder created in our filer months ago. His argument to me that the individual don't have knowledge of computer and it just hard to push him to do. Besides, this individual has the hard copy so why bother. Of course, my explanation to him that is good to have the soft copy in filer for easy retrieve for review if we need it. He said let it be. OMG! I can't believe he said that. I don't understand if the individual don't do the work and it OK with him?

In additional, he said this individual don't have ability to handle multi task. He will not fire nor hire head count. Wow! that's sad and I really feel like walk out from the room because I just can't take it anymore. Though I asked him is it worth it to have salary position employee to only do one thing? He said 'NO'. And what the hell that he protect the moron! Try to be nice! Will the short term solution help! Let me tell you Mr Boss man 'You can ran but you can't hide'. Just face it will you?

It's amazing! Though I learned this pain vs gain very well today. Why bother to deal with the pain where I doesn't gain anything even for team efficiency. Man only two words pop up my mind which 'Move On' because I don't belong here.

Good Meat Balls

What a great day to begin with! Both of us wake up late in the Satuerday afternoon. Then we heading for late lunch. My love ordered meat balls wow it looks and taste so good and I end up ordered the meat balls to go for later lol! I would said we got a very statisfy meal :)

Choice!?!

The defination of choice is the right to choose or the chance to choose between two or more things. There is no doubt choice plays a huge role in our lives. Of course, there will be bad and good choice that individual that he/she decide.

Guess everyone know about the the reality show Jon & Kate + ei8ht. And this is the perfect bad choice of this couple. What are they thinking to sign the contract on reality show by allowing people watch their daily lives! It's a shame. Understood, by doing this will get easy money but do they think about their children? What kind of moron willing to scarify their privacy for $.

Well, regardless both either act for the rating or they have their relationship issues but it was there choice to lure people to their case. I just wish Child Support Enforcement will get on to their case.

A Grammy Award winning rock and guitarist musician visited Google main campus today. The hall flooded with the audience. It started @ 3.30pm but I was 5mins late to made it there and I wasn't allow to get into the hall as already full house. The security folk direct to me the 2nd floor. Well, 2nd floor quite pack as well Thank God I managed to squeeze myself to a spot where only able to look down. Though hard to take picture but I tried snap couple of them.

Carlos and his team explained about their new project which call as 'Architect of a New Dawn' The purpose of the project is to motivate and activate global audience. Their focus in the areas of film, music and television and one online social network! Thus Google and You Tube are the perfect pipeline for their project.

I truly agreed and like one of the panel/Diane V Cirincione, Ph.D who said 'Architect is about choice'. The things that we do in our daily lives such the action that we do and the word that we speak are so called Architect. But the evil choice and fear will seperate us from our goal.

Carlos played his signature music about half hour and due to they run out of time they skip the questions from audience session. The event concluded around 5pm and follow by refereshment being served. I am glad and honor to be there just wish I was there earlier to get the good spot. Though I am not sure why Carlos did not wear sock?!

Season 8 Champion crowned

What a wonderful finale on the TV show 'Dancing with the stars'. Shawn Johnson and her professional partner Mark Ballas were crowned as the champion of season 8 just now.

Those finalist score were very close however Shawn scored. She is just cute, pure and good foot steps win it all. Though one thing for sure that athletic took the lead. 5 champions are from that category. See below..

Mother's Day 2009

Happy Mother's Day! That's right the month of May, we celebrate Mother's Day. This tribute to all mom around the world. Their responsible, sleepless night, tender loving care and many more are deeply in our thought as sons and daugthers. We are so proud of you.

Although in this recession time and most of the family still celebrate Mother's day well such getting flowers, special dinner, gifts and etc. This is another time to make retailer a little activities to turn around. I knew in recent grilled chicken saga that El Pollo Loco will accepting KFC coupon today but please take my advise don't do that. Because Mom deserved better meal. No offense but don't treat her a meal via coupon that's my point.

Since I am thousand miles away from her thus I can't do much here though I do picked up the tote bag for her. Will also call her later. Sister Evelyn will take her to dinner and let her stay with her for a few days with is a great things. Rather then listen to my brother screaming babies at home.

I am planning for her to visit me here as soon as my citizenship process done.

Well, accordingly to KFC quoted 'Due to overwhelming demand the grilled chicken and KFC will not honor the coupon for now but disturting the rain check! Well, it's just wrong and left a bad taste to every consumer.

Someone fall asleep @ 8.24am at work! Gees, it's hard to believe how could people fall asleep where she just came in! I would suggest she go to check up if she has Narcolepsy disease. Because always fall asleep.

As I line up for lunch and a lady who pretended to chat with the person in front of me. Then I gave her a look but she still ignore me. Well, shamed on her to jump queqe like this.
Seriously, I don't understand why people react like this it just ashamed.

Swine flu, H1N1 outbreak

We have been heard and read the article about 'Swine flu or H1N1' virus lately. It has been reported and tested positive in many areas. Unfortunately, many of them died and many of them being in recovery stage.

Understood, the danger of the virus but I truly think media causing people to over react and panic. In history there are hundreds of people died because of others flu virus and why the people over react on this flu where only reported under 200 died!

As long as we keep clean and there is no reason to worry about.

Disabled placard!

Many of us understand the purpose of the disabled placard is to help the fellow disable individual to park their vehicle for easy access. But this previlege has been abuse by many irresponsible individual in many ways. That's really painful to watch uhg...

In just a week and I notice 2 misussed cases. Though I am sure there are many more cases out there. Here's are my experiences.

We were at the Costco parking lot waiting for the parking spot. However, we notice a couple walking towards to the disable parking spot with their things that they purchased. Both young couple able to walk perfectly and there is no sign of disable at all. My love took their picture and reportted to DMV.

Also, another eyes witness case. As I pulled into the ToGo parking spot at Applebee's restaurant for my to go order. I saw a couple leaving the restaurant and walk towards the disable parking spot. As soon as they get into the car. The lady remove the placard immediately.
Wow! what a shamed for these people to behave like this! Let's hope the street patrol will be more concentrate on this more.

How much time you spend online in a day?

We are lucky in these days to have the ‘Internet’ as our tool of source in regards to reseach of school, work project or even additional info that we need in our daily lives. However, lots of people have been abuse of privilege of the internet usage. Some of the people use their working hour to surfing net for personal reason or even using their quality time to get online instead of with their family. Uhg that’s just a shame. Though did you ever figure out how much time that you spend online in a day?

I guess the average each person will at least spend 10 to 15hrs online. Though I truly hope people may consider the time balancing as well. By not overdo with Internet!

Right on America! Good choice! There is no surprise to see Anoop and Lil voted off at all. Although both can sing but they can't go until the final. In additional, Lil has been lacking on her performance lately and she even stands up for herself by against judges.

Well, that's a big 'NO'! Remember the recent vote off in this season Megan and Michael? They did the samething, tried to stand up by against the judges and the next time they are out from the competition. Although the voting open to public but I think the committe still control the vote in gerenal.

The final 5ive have their unique quality but I am thinking Danny is going all the way...

A personal who work for B and A is a experience individual and hard worker. As for B just not a up skill boss however C will be the boss man for B & A. Well, it happened that A & C are came from the same region understood there have many things to talk about ! Thus A made a dinner plan to C during her visiting. For some reason C asked to added B. And the dilemma begin...
B warned A that not to spill the beans to C. Per B although A & C are came from the same place it doesn't mean will be a best friend. Man what a stupid comment! Then C told A to switch the dinner to lunch so that C will have chance to meet more people.

However, A found out that B & C eventually have a plan for dinner and in fact invited D as well but not A. Though C invited A for lunch and A accept early then cancell off later.
I seriously, think A has no any intention to harm but just warm hospitality to C. As for B is incompetence therefore always not ready for people to critic or afraid that people smarter then him! C though did not have a good sence of humor for sure. My advise to A is to move on rather to dealing these twits! Who will deal with this...

They have similar commons such as blunt, obnoxious, successful and they are from United Kingdom!?!

Yes, everyone know Simon Cowell who is from American Idol, Len Goodman from Dancing with the star and Gordon Ramsey from Hell Kitchen just to name a few. Though these individual are obnoxious and yet there are truly famous with TV show by being a judge.

Abuse of Privilege!

What is Abuse of Privilege ? It happens every minutes in our daily lives. Unfortunately, people just disregard it.

I attended the seminar and I am truly blown away with their setting. Very nice auditorium and each table has a bouquet of beatiful flowers and purple table cloth which repersent the company who host the seminar. Breakfast, lunch and beverages provided. I am glad to find a good spot though however when time getting closer to start and more people are coming in. A lady sit next to me. Oh boy she ate 3 bagels, fruits and coffee. I bet she must be real hungry or she is the one of the abuser?

As you may know Google is the best place to work as they contibute everything from breakfast, lunch to dinner, snacks and beverages. However, I do notice people over loaded with that previlege. Besides, they enjoy their meal at work and they also grab more they can able to eat home! I even see those people take their family for dinner at cafe and also loaded the food and take the food home. Gees, that drives me to the edge. I am glad the kitchen team is now realize and take more action.

Seriously, why don't we just take the privilege and enjoy it by not overdo to 'Abuse' category? It's just shamed to see such behavior that people behave.

I don't meant to write the same topic again and again but there are so many incident that I encounter related with this. Thought is good to blogged it to share or review later. As I walking toward the exit door of the mall and I notice a mom who hands full with her right hand with baby and left hand with bags of items. Also, the 3 year girl running around her. They are heading to the exit door as well.

Thus I speed up my walk and by pass them so that I can open the door for them. Whoops! what a surprise on the mom reaction and she not even look at me. How could that happened! As soon as her 3 years old girl walk out the door and she look at me and ask her mom 'mommy why she help us and open the door for us?' she repeatably asked her mom the questions. But the 'mom' did not answer her.

I am surprise to get the reaction and I don't understand why she disregard her daughter questions? How to be a good moral as a role for mom! Although, she got a bad day and she should answer her daughter question and at least smile to me if she doesn't want to say Thank you!

Why is that hard to do?
